Auditions

We are excited to announce auditions for the first three shows of our season!. Reading materials will be provided.

Rehearsals generally run for a month prior to opening on Sundays – Thursdays at 7 pm and possibly Saturdays (mornings or afternoons) based on cast availability.

We will be auditioning for all three shows on each date!

The Radio Adventures of Trixie Trueheart, Girl Aviator
Performances July 3 – August 7
Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 2:30 pm.

Small independently owned KBRD radio is determined to survive the Depression and the Dust Bowl by mounting its own serial adventures, featuring Trixie, who along with her dog Scrappy, flies her plane, Old Red, each week from one perilous adventure to the next. A nostalgic and fun look at the past.

Tommy a 16/17 year old high school boy

His mom Thelma

Santa Fe – a hobo

Gus an old vaudeville performer in his 60’s

Sally a teen age girl who plays piano

Pepper, a 26 year old woman who plays Trixie and works in the local drug store.
